This training is for individuals interested in becoming a mediator or applying mediation skills to their personal and professional lives. This program will focus on both the problem solving orientation
(facilitative, directive) and transformative orientation models. The training is highly interactive and will incorporate different styles of learning including presentations, demonstrations, interactive discussions and role-play practice with mediation scenarios. Guest mediation coaches will provide additional guidance and experience in your learning.
At the end of the training, participants report an amazing shift in the way they talk, listen and problem solve – at work and in their family life. The primary focus of the training is both on learning new skills, understanding how to apply them in your life and the steps to developing a mediation practice.
