No matter where you are in an organization, you will be called on to solve problems and maintain positive working relationships. This two-day interactive workshop focuses on core mediation skills that can be used to help work teams, co-workers, business partners, providers and clients solve potentially difficult and divisive issues before they fester and grow. This program will be delivered by William Logue and Loraine Della Porta, who have decades of experience as mediators and trainers.

You will learn:

- Basic structure of informal mediation

- How to assess and diagnose conflict situations

- How to identify and frame the issues for discussion

- How to use communication skills and interests to defuse tensions and build agreement

- How to deal with difficult behaviors

Space is limited to 24 participants. Each participant will receive a workbook. For more information and registration, click here.
