Basic Mediation Training/Family Services of Central Massachusetts

The training program run by Family Services of Central Massachusetts is an intensive four nights and two weekends of fully exploring, diagnosing, teaching, and hands on coaching of the mediation process, from the initial greeting of parties to drafting a mediated agreement. The training includes administration of the Gregorc Style Delineator, lectures, role playing, fish bowl activities, improv techniques, pragmatic vs. intuitive recognition, freeze frame practice, into the heat techniques, after 5 Club (on weekends), and concludes with a 40 hour certificate to acknowledge training is completed.
