Acquiring facilitation skills increases the Collaborative Team’s ability to plan and effectively participate in joint meetings, help clients navigate the decision-making process, and manage conflict in the moment. This webinar, the first in a two-part series, December 12th 2:00 to 3:30pm and January 30th 2:00 to 3:30pm, will introduce you to the concepts of facilitation and their application in the Collaborative Process.
