Mediation with separating and divorcing parents usually addresses the needs and interests of their children. How do we hear the child’s voice in mediation? In this workshop we will consider the benefits and risks of hearing and using the child’s voice in the mediation process. We will address the process of including the child’s input and considering the mediator’s skill set necessary to most effectively involve children in the mediation process.

The workshop will be facilitated by Robin M. Deutsch (Ph.D., ABPP) who has an independent practice out of Wellesley, MA and is Professor of Clinical Psychology at William James College.

The event costs $25 for CDSC mediators and $40 for all others. For more information and to register contact CDSC by email at cdscinfo@communitydispute.org.
