Conflict Management Institute/Quinnipiac University School of Law, Center on Dispute Resolution

From May 20 to 23, the Center on Dispute Resolution will hold a series of half and whole day workshops on a variety of conflict management topics. Participants may attend a single session, the entire week or any combination thereof which suits their interests and needs.

The workshops will include topics such as Mediation Skills for Leaders, Powerful Non-Defensive Communication, #MeToo-Now What?, Representation in Commercial Mediation, Advanced Legal Negotiation, Influence Without Authority, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Advocacy in Arbitration and more! The workshops will be highly interactive with opportunities to practice skills, work through case files and simulations, and engage in advanced discussions. Participants will be able to put the skills to use immediately. Lawyers will receive MCLE credit for the sessions. For more information, click here.
